“We cook up natural produce to make it gourmet, and do everything in our power to keep it that way. We invest particular care in arranging our restaurants to give you a chilled and well-lit setting, a simple and comfortable atmosphere.” It is in this context that Exki challenged Inkutlab to propose signage solutions that would be consistent with their approach. We printed, engraved and cut signage elements from materials such as wood or recycled cardboard to ensure customer can easily find their way around the restaurant, but also understand the brand’s values. This included displaying cut-out shapes of seasonal vegetables or portraits of their local producers to best explain the origin of the products.
